Thank you for visiting and shopping at www.loveonskin.com . The Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.  At this time we do not ship outside the US.

SHIPMENT PROCESSING TIME

Prior to shipping, there is a 1-2 day processing time for payments to be cleared. Orders are not shipped on weekends or holidays.

COMPLIMENTARY SIGNATURE CONFIRMATION

Orders $200+ include complimentary signature confirmation, which will provide greater security for the delivery of your package. At the arrival of the package, a recipient (or a responsible person at the residence) be present to sign for the item.

PROMOTIONAL FREE SHIPPING

Free shipping for orders $75 and over (excluding taxes and discounts) are shipped by our Standard service. Free shipping is only available to the United States.

Items with hazardous materials are restricted and must be shipped with Ground Service.

Premium Shipping

Premium Shipping is only available for continental U.S.

Alaska, Hawaii, and APO/FPO/DPO Military Addresses are shipped by our Standard Shipping service.

Hawaii & Alaska

Shipments to Hawaii & Alaska are shipped by USPS Priority Mail. Orders $75 and over will be shipped free of charge by Standard Shipping. We are unable to ship restricted items to Hawaii & Alaska.

Restricted Hazardous Items

Certain items considered hazardous materials are as follows: aerosol items, some alcohol-based items, items that contain contents under pressure, and others (e.g., hairspray, nail polish and items containing flammable, volatile or corrosive chemicals).

Hazardous items are considered restricted and required by the U.S. Department of Transportation to be shipped by ground-only transport, due to air transport restrictions and regulations. For P.O. Box addresses, USPS Ground (Parcel Post) is the only shipping method available. Regrettably, these items cannot be shipped to Alaska, Hawaii, or U.S Territories.
