If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase from Love on Skin, you may return your item within 30 days of your order being delivered. The date of delivery will be determined by the tracking information of the carrier used to ship your order.
Products must be unopened, new, or in gently used condition. Please note that gift cards are non-returnable.
All samples and promotional gifts must be sent back with your returned item. A $5 fee will be applied to your refund for missing and incomplete items.
You will be responsible for the shipping costs to return your item. Shipping costs that were purchased at the time of your order are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
There exceptions where shipping cost or return shipping cost will be compensated and a full refund will be given:
- Any item received damaged or missing parts for reasons due shipping or due to our error.
- Any items not delivered due to our error.
- Incorrect items were sent due to our error.
How to Initiate a Return
Returns are only accepted through mail. Return requests will be open for 14 days and must be sent out within that period.
Your return will start with a request submitted through your loveonskin profile.
- Select your profile picture to view the drop-down menu.
- Select Orders.
- Click refund for the order you would like to return.
- Adjust the quantity of the product you would like to return if applicable.
- Scroll down to Subject of Refund Request and type a subject for your refund request.
- At the Reason of Refund box, provide a detailed reason why you are returning the item.
- Upload images that clearly depict the reason for the return and include a description of the return.
Note: We kindly ask that images are uploaded as JPG or PNG files only.
- Click Submit Request.
Once a case has been submitted, our customer care team will send further instructions to facilitate your return.
We ask that you take clear, crisp photos of the problem area(s) in bright or natural lighting. If relevant, be sure to add photos showing tags/serial numbers and other details supporting your refund reason.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.
If the item(s) follows our return policy, a refund will issued and applied back to your original method of payment. Please allow 2-5 business days for the funds to appear in your account.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately final sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges are not offered at this time. Please read our return policy and the steps to return your item and receive a refund for your exchange.
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund or gift credit to the gift giver.
